Normally to comfirm the tour with us, you need to pay us 20-30% of total agreed amount as deposit, and even some times 50% If the heavy airfares are involved in your trip. and the balance you can clear it one week before you depart for your trip.

Cancelation charge:

If you cancel the trip 60 days in advance, we charge only US200 cancelation fee.
If you cancel the trip 45 days in advance, we charge only US300 cancelation fee.
If you cancel the trip 30 days in advance, we charge US400 cancelation fee.
If you cancel the trip 15 days in advance, we charge US500 cancelation fee.
If you cancel the trip less than 15 days in advance, full advanced deposit will be charged.

By 7 days before your scheduled departure your full payment should have arrived our account, and so if you cancel the trip within 7 days or failed to show up at last moment, there will be no refund from our agency.

How to pay us:

There are two ways we provided for our clients to pay us easily and safely.

1. Pay by credit card (Visa & Master Card).

Note: Pay by credit card there is a service charge 5-7% of total amount paid from our online payment platform provider. It might be same cost or less than if you wire the money by bank telex transfer if the payment amount is small, it does save your time. So once you paid US100 then you will get a bill for US105- US107 so far due to the floating rates between USD/RMB and the system is some what based on RMB.

But for big amount payment (more than US400), we suggest you to do the bank telex transfer, so please always compare the costing from your side between the credit card pay online and bank telex transfer, and make the right decision for the payment.
